Torbjørn Urfjell is the director of culture and citizen dialogue in the city of Kristiansand. As administrative leader he is part of the crisis management of Kristiansand and the advocacy for diversity is part of Mr Urfjell`s portfolio in the city. He also have background from the board of a variety of Norwegian institutions including vice chair of the Norwegian center for gender equality. Before entering into his position in Kristiansand, Urfjell worked as president for the Norwegian Independent Film and TV producers Association, he have also worked as head of strategy for Stordalen Foundation, Head of communication of the United Nations Association of Norway and Political Adviser of the Ministry og Foreign Affairs.
